What is new on the menu?
This season, we are bringing everyone to Indonesia - a country close to heart for several of team members and for some others, it’s an exploration to some unique flavours.
Selecting ingredients and distinct palettes from Indonesia, our team has not only been able to infused and twist them into brunch style dishes but working alongside our beliefs to a great cafe experience to our patrons which is to create dishes that are pretty, taste awesome with a good story!
From Ayam Goreng to Balinese Raw Sambal to Pandan - we have it all! Most ingredients are still homemade whilst we got help from some of our friends with the trickier ones, such as Messina’s Pandan & Coconut Sorbet.
